Bavarian Wurst was meant to be the first mobile truck to sell “the-unique Bavarian-gourmet-experience” in Bucharest. A business with a high-mobility profile (covering various city areas while keeping fans appraised of their whereabouts through social media), commitment to responsible consumption (waste food in recycling programs) and love for authentic food – would be both the spur and the reward of the local food scene. Which may remind us of a German song: “Alles hat ein Ende, nur die Wurst hat zwei/Everything has an end – only a sausage has two”.
